By opening or using 4PaintWeb ("the Service"), you're agreeing to these Terms of Use along with our Privacy Policy. If that doesn't work for you, please don't use the Service.
2. The Service
4PaintWeb is a free, browser-based drawing tool with layers, undo history, shapes and text. It runs entirely on your device; we don't operate a server that receives or stores your artwork. The Service costs nothing to use and is supported by advertising and optional donations.
3. Who Can Use It
You should be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age recognized in your country, to use 4PaintWeb on your own behalf. If you're using it for an organization, you're confirming you have the authority to accept these Terms for that organization.
4. Acceptable Use
Please use 4PaintWeb only for lawful purposes. Specifically, don't:
- try to copy, resell, or redistribute the Service without our permission;
- use bots, scrapers, or any automated tool to extract data or overload our servers;
- attempt to find or exploit security weaknesses in the Service.
5. Your Drawings
Whatever you create with 4PaintWeb is yours. Because everything happens locally in your browser, we never take possession of, access, or store your artwork. You're responsible for saving any work you want to keep, since closing the tab without exporting will lose it.
6. Our Intellectual Property
The 4PaintWeb name, the 4Utilities brand, and the design, layout and code of this site belong to their respective owners. These Terms don't give you any right to copy or reuse our branding or source code without permission.
7. No Warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranty of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. Performance can vary by browser, device, and the size or complexity of your drawing.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent the law allows, 4Utilities and 4PaintWeb won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including the loss of unsaved artwork — arising from your use of the Service. You use it at your own discretion, and it's worth exporting your work regularly if it matters to you.
9. Third-Party Links & Advertising
This Service displays advertising through Google AdSense and may link out to other sites. We aren't responsible for the content or privacy practices of any third party. See our Privacy Policy for how the advertising cookies work here.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, for instance to reflect a new feature or a legal requirement. We'll update the date above when that happens; continuing to use the Service afterward means you accept the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are meant to sit alongside applicable data-protection and consumer-protection laws, including the GDPR (EU), the CCPA (California), Brazil's LGPD, and comparable rules elsewhere. Nothing here is meant to override any right you can't legally waive under the laws where you live.
